I have been using Havells water heater and other water heaters of mine like Remson / Racold Appliances Copper Tank but the experience is really bad. It used to take a lot of time to heat after I purchased 3 months later the product failed and it still hasn’t been serviced.
The water heater is a Chinese product after I found the same available with remson glasslined series both the models are chinese.
I may be safe for now because of the guarantee on the product .. but in future I may have to shed my pockets buying spares for the product.
